    the selector's target positions, transition path, resistance at each state, holding behavior, and boundaries where command and actual state differ

  2. Power and control

    vehicle power and communication interfaces, motion commands and state feedback, diagnostics, protection, fault response and system interlocks

  3. Space and interfaces

    the envelope within the cabin structure, interface to the adjusted member, harness and trim boundaries, assembly order, and service accessibility

  4. Duty and environment

    cabin temperature variation, vibration and shock, noise, dust, contact with trim, and the vehicle electrical environment

  5. Testing and production

    arrival and holding at each target state, transition feel, agreement between command and actual state, fault reset, diagnostics, and consistency after environmental cycling
