Selection requirements

What do we need to know?

Please share the operating conditions below. The selected motor still needs testing in your equipment to confirm performance and fit.

  1. Motion and load

the actual circuit behind the required pressure or flow, inlet and outlet resistance, media condition, start-and-stop process, and leakage or blockage limits

  2. Power and control

power supply, operator commands and output adjustment, feedback, protection, misuse prevention and fault stopping

  3. Space and interfaces

the envelope in the portable unit, effect on carrying and balance, pipe or functional interface, supply cable, and field service method

  4. Duty and environment

sun and rain, temperature and humidity cycling, dust and grit, wind load, shock and vibration, storage, and field-maintenance conditions

  5. Testing and production

pressure or flow result in the actual circuit, inlet and outlet variation, starting and adjustment, leakage or blockage handling, noise, and repeated-operation consistency

Select motors for the actual operating conditions and validate them in the complete device.
