    product size and condition, the action chain from selection to delivery, variation after restocking, and empty or jammed states

  2. Power and control

    machine power and control interfaces, station commands, cycle timing, feedback, interlocks, stopping and recovery

  3. Space and interfaces

    the envelope inside the vending cabinet, interfaces to product lanes and delivery opening, restocking zone, wiring, and jam-clearance access

  4. Duty and environment

    indoor or outdoor public conditions, frequent use, misuse, dust and moisture, cleaning agents, noise, and unattended periods

  5. Testing and production

    the complete result from selection to delivery, different packs and restocking states, empty or jam handling, clearing, and consistency over continuous transactions
