Selection requirements

What do we need to know?

Please share the operating conditions below. The selected motor still needs testing in your equipment to confirm performance and fit.

  1. Motion and load

the rotating member, loading differences, acceleration and deceleration, steady operation, and limits such as imbalance or obstruction

  2. Power and control

power supply, stage commands and transitions, adjustment, feedback, interlocks and fault response

  3. Space and interfaces

the envelope in the water appliance, adjacency to fluid interfaces, wet-dry separation, wiring, and filter service access

  4. Duty and environment

vapor, splash, cleaning agents, residual liquid, drainage, human contact, and prolonged humid conditions

  5. Testing and production

the full program, stage transitions, different loading, fault stopping and recovery, cleaning and service, and consistency over repeated cycles

Select motors for the actual operating conditions and validate them in the complete device.
